This was a water job in Ironton, OH. The property was for sale and vacant at the time of the loss. A water line leaked on the top floor and water damaged all three floors. The pictures show the hall way in the basement of the house before we started mitigation and what it looked like once the mitigation was complete. It was a total gutting of the drywall and flooring. You can see the water damage coming from the ceiling to the floor in the before picture. We are proud to say that we have done a turnkey job for the customer and the house is about to be put back on the market.
